We cater for groups large or small. We can accept bookings for any day of the week at a time suitable to your requirements (generally, bookings Monday to Friday are corporate groups). Saturdays session times are 8am or 12pm and on Sundays from 12pm. Please phone to discuss you group requirements with us. We will work with you where possible to make a time that suits us all.

Individuals

We accept last minute bookings for small groups or individuals providing we are not fully booked and have available staff to accommodate you. You still need to phone first to "Book In" and pay a deposit where possible. Please keep in mind to give us as much notice as you can.

If you wake up one day and feel like playing paintball for the afternoon, without going to the trouble of finding a group, by all means give us a call and see what places are available. It doesn’t hurt to ask...

Corporate Groups

Corporate team building: Experiential learning and leadership training like nothing else.

The lounge/living area facilities on site at Mountain Rivers Lodge are an ideal venue for small group meetings.

Group facilitation options:

Professional facilitation of teamwork, leadership and problem solving techniques is available. This is conducted by Adventure Learning Experience (Hayno and Di Haynes). Hayno is a graduate of Medeba Adventure Learning Centre, Canada. He can assist your group with:

- Paintball instruction at Mountain Rivers Park.
- High ropes course facilitation at Rawson Village Resort.

Paintball Packages:

Includes supply of a top quality marker, overalls, masks and protective equipment plus supply of 300, 500, 700 or 1000 paintballs depending on what package the individual has purchased. Bottled water and guaranteed fun are the package bonuses.

Each individual within the group can purchase a package of their choice - everyone DOES NOT have to have the same package. You can purchase the initial package, then during the course of the session, if you find you’d like more paint, then we issue it to you on the field and keep a record of this and when your session is finished and you hand in the gear, you can pay for the extra paint you shot.

Making your booking

The best way to do this is to phone 1300 78 53 78 between 9am - 9pm. If your call can’t be taken, you will go to message bank and you can leave a message. We will endeavor to get back to you ASAP. You can email us, but I often find phoning is easier.

Bookings are best made as far in advance as possible even if you are not sure on how many people will be coming. Often a rough idea is good, we then confirm this with you when paying your deposit and then during the week prior to your booking.

When are we closed?

Good Friday, Easter Sunday, ANZAC Day, Christmas Day & Boxing Day.

Deposits

A Deposit of $25 per player is required. This is non-refundable in the event of cancellation within 4 weeks of the booked date. If a booking is cancelled within this time, your deposit may be transferred to a future date within 8 weeks of the original date. Deposits MUST be received 7 days prior to your game day.

Refunds will NOT be given to any persons not showing up on the day. This deposit is deducted from the package price on the day. Deposits can be paid over the phone with credit card or please phone us for bank details for direct deposit.
